Making Tzatziki at home no-mater where you are located in the world is simple and easy. You just need Greek Yogurt, cucumber, garlic and virgin olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo strained Greek yogurt
  • 1 big cucumber
  • 4 garlic cloves (more makes it with stronger taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • HORRAON Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Grate the garlic (preferably mashed till it becomes creamy) and mix it with salt and vinegar.
  2. Peel the cucumber, grate it, and squeeze it until all its water is removed.
  3. Put the yogurt into a bowl and add the cucumber to it.
  4. Then mix the yogurt with the mixture of grated garlic.
  5. Whiz the content until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  6. Add some HORRAON Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  7. Tzatziki can be served at normal room temperature but it in Greece is served cold from the refrigerator.

Notes

Tzatziki is even better when you eat it with other typical Greek dishes like souvlaki or “Tourlou,” as well as all kinds of meat on the grill!
