This time I decided to have my holidays in Cyprus, a magnificent island with blue, clear skies and crystal waters. As I was enjoying all these sitting comfortably on a beach bar, I felt the need for a cool, refreshing drink. A local drink!
Nothing better than a brandy sour. An original Cypriot cocktail. A mixture of Cyprus brandy, undiluted lemon squash made from bitter lemons, and a few drops of Angostura, topped up with soda and ice.
