How to Get to Favignana

Getting to Favignana is relatively easy, and there are a few ways to do so. The island is located just off the coast of Trapani in western Sicily.

One option is to fly into Palermo airport, which is well connected to major cities in Europe, and then take a bus or taxi to the port of Trapani. From there, you can take a ferry to Favignana. The ferry ride takes around 30 minutes and there are several departures per day, particularly during the high season.

Another option is to fly to Trapani airport, which is a smaller airport and mainly served by low-cost airlines. From the airport, you can take a taxi or bus to the port of Trapani and then take a ferry to Favignana.

If you are driving, you can reach the port of Trapani by taking the A29 motorway, which connects Trapani to Palermo. Once you arrive in Trapani, you can park your car in one of the parking lots near the port and take a ferry to Favignana.

No matter which way you choose to get to Favignana, you will be treated to stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful Aegadian Islands.
